Lawrence Kwaw Sam

He received his secondary education at Half Assini Secondary School and Nsein Secondary School, where he developed a strong academic foundation. He went on to study Accounting at the School of Administration, University of Ghana, and later specialized in Oil and Gas Financial Management at the University of Texas at Dallas, United States of America.

With over 30 years of professional experience in the petroleum industry, he has built deep expertise in finance and internal audit through a distinguished career at the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC). His extensive industry exposure and leadership experience continue to inform strategic decision-making and sound financial governance at the executive level.
